This delicatessen, open every day, has a number of advantages. It acts as a local shop, with fruit and vegetables sourced from producers as close as possible, and as a delicatessen, with quality products: spices, rusks, dried fruit, Iberian ham, foie gras, veal axoa, farmhouse cheeses, lemonades, craft beers (Montaut), Floc, jams, Beaujolais oils used by top chefs, Oléandes (Landes oil), tariquet (Landes wine), piment d'Espelette, Salies-de-Béarn salts... You can choose from a range of products, and we'll give you the gift-wrapping! Throughout the year, we organize events where you can taste our products. New products include the fondant Baulois, a chocolate cake made with quality ingredients, fine texture and delicately caramelized flavor.
