Milc means Made In The Corner. A shortcut that clearly sets out the ambitions of this company based in Sainte-Croix-Volvestre. Alexandre Guiral, Frédéric Bernard and Thomas Lecompte, who first founded a design office specialising in bicycle design, wish, through this new entrepreneurial adventure, to relocate cycle production in France, and even more so in the Occitanie region. Today, Milc Industry focuses mainly on the design and manufacture of frames: "the soul of the bicycle", say the three partners, mechanical engineers by training. Their workshop has thus developed a specialized know-how in the assembly of tubes and high-end welding, to produce in small or medium series. Alexandre Guiral, Frédéric Bernard and Thomas Lecompte highlight their regional location, which guarantees a reduction in costs and a better reactivity compared to Asian manufacturing. Not to mention the environmental gain from reduced transport....
