Design atmosphere, chic and nice in this renowned place held by Gladys Izard and Xavier Ballester. The cuisine here is upscale and the presentation incredibly refined. Local products and short circuits make the most of the home-made products, including the matured meat and the smoked salmon. The label does not exist but we could give him the one of the "best tartar of Ariège", quail egg, wasabi, flowers, perfect seasoning in its accuracy. Jean-Louis, at the service, is of an outstanding professionalism. The quality-price ratio is exceptional.
