MINOTERIE MERCIER CAPLAT
One site in the Aude; the other in the Ariège. The Les Moulins Pyrénées group has chosen a territory, generous in wheat, to establish itself on a long-term basis and produce its quality flours. The company relies in particular on the age-old know-how of the Mercier Capla flour mill, based in Saverdun, which mills more than 180 tonnes every day. It thus offers a range of traditional French flours, and others called "authentic", "unavoidable" or "special". A variety that can be used to make all kinds of bread: rustic baguettes or loaves, with white, golden or amber crumb, and a crust that is more or less crispy.
