AUBERGE SAINT-CHRISTOPHE
Restaurant offering local cuisine with simple but generous recipes in Tercis-les-Bains.
The year 2018 is the turning point in the history of this well-known table. After 40 years of good and loyal service, the former owners of Auberge Saint-Christophe bowed out and left the keys to Sandra and Gilbert, who until then held Les Voyageurs à Bidache. In the kitchen, it is always Véronique who officiates, but the menu has been simplified in order to privilege fresh products as much as possible. Rest assured, the eels in parsley, which made the reputation of the establishment, are still there! They are served alongside the classics of local cuisine: Landes salad, prawns, duck breast a la plancha, duck confit, rib steak, ewe's cheese, Basque cake, tourtière... Simple, yet generous recipes like the combined plates. The restaurant's large room has been refreshed and the terrace enhanced. Don't hesitate to come and chat with the owners, they open the bar from 6.30 am!
