In the heart of the Ariège, in the small village of Sem, in their farm of the Minier, Stéphane and his wife Irène raise themselves mulard ducks which they then take care to stuff. The livers just taken are quickly made into delicious terrines. You can discover them on the spot, as well as their other products and cooked dishes, by visiting the farm on simple reservation. Stéphane and Irène welcome guests to their table for a meal, based on duck, of course!
