Virginie Boisset took over her husband Eric's cutlery business a few years ago, and masters every stage in the creation of her knives, transforming recycled steel into a fine, sharp, solid, almost indestructible blade. This incredible woman works with ancestral machines, real museum pieces, and creates true works of art. The impressive workshop itself is well worth a visit, but you'll remain fascinated by Virginie's work, and it's impossible not to fall in love with the boutique!
