Family restaurant with terrace combining tradition and Pyrenean culture with its specialties

Since 1938, this family-run restaurant has offered a subtle blend of Pyrenean tradition and flavors. Now in the capable hands of Lorraine and Florian. Dishes include Portuguese-style cod or duck leg confit with apples. The service is professional and pleasant. The restaurant works with fresh produce, and the trout is organic. As the restaurant is located just a few meters from the Espace François Mitterrand, in summer you can enjoy all the concerts and outdoor entertainment from the terrace. A "downright" smart place.

De passage dans la région nous avons mangé dans ce super resto hier soir et n'avons pas été déçu! Le service était rapide, le personnel serviable et souriant et le burger à la focaccia mérite vraiment d'être goûté! La qualité était au delà de nos attentes pour un hamburger à un prix tout à fait correct (moins de 20). Le bacon croustillant était la cerise sur le gâteau!
Nous n'avons pas demandé mais sommes sûr à 99% que les frites étaient maison. Bref on s'est régalé, je recommande ☺️

Le côté sucré/ salé de la cuisse de canard confite est très bien proportionné.

De passage dans le coin, on nous avait conseillé le resto du Vieux Carré, bonne cuisine de bistro, les prix sont abordable et le personnel accueillant.
