La Boussole brewery, located in Taurignan-Vieux, offers unfiltered, unpasteurized and, above all, certified organic craft beers. Its year-round range of beers includes Azaïk, latitude, escale, Gozimut, bipolaire and stout i quanti . Forexample, you can try its succulent Gozimut beer. With its tangy, subtly salty taste, this beer will not leave you indifferent . What's more,it features a short-lived range of beers, a testament to the brewery's creativity :all the recipes are devised by the brewers themselves. During production, they use only traditional ingredients (malt, hops, yeast, etc.) . Don'thesitate to sample thefull range of products at the bar. Local wines and products are also onoffer. Scale
Brewed with wheat and oats, this beer has a very light bitterness. Its frank lime aromas and subtle pineapple notes make it an extremely thirst-quenching and refreshing beer. Alcohol: 4% vol, Color: Blond, Style: Séance.
Conical
Brewed with organic fir buds from the Couserans region, very light and refreshing, its well-balanced fragrance of resinous and cereal makes it original, while its delicate lemony notes give it a remarkable lightness and surprising taste. Alcohol: 4.7% vol , Color: Blond , Style: Blonde beer.
This beer is dry and mineral, deliciously sparkling and finely salted, with remarkable acidity. Its pronounced lemon aroma provides pleasant excitement for the taste buds on the palate.
