The father, Jean-Luc, is at the helm, his daughter Amandine is in the dining room and his son Benjamin, who has worked in some beautiful houses abroad, is in the kitchen! Even Régine, his wife, a cooking teacher at a hotel school, sometimes helps out. As you can see, at Cheval Blanc, it is above all a family affair. The menu changes every 3 months, according to the seasons. If you make a reservation the day before, you can take away the lunch menu. On the menu?
