Restaurant with excellent local and traditional cuisine by the chef
The chef concocts traditional, regional cuisine based on local products, mostly from the Ariège region, such as rosette of duck breast with foie gras and morel sauce, or cassolette of spicy butterfly shrimp. For lunch, there's an all-you-can-eat appetizer buffet. We couldn't resist the pantagruelian profiteroles either! The atmosphere in the restaurant is just as good as the chef and his cuisine: excellent, natural and unpretentious. The chef is also a caterer renowned for his professionalism and the quality of his services.
