COTEAUX D’ENGRAVIES

The oldest written mention of the Ariège vineyard dates from 1225 and concerns the Pailhès estate. These are 10 hectares of vines cultivated in organic farming according to traditional and ancestral methods: low yields respecting the vines, manual harvest, vinification by gravity to preserve the fruit, all the wines are aged in barrels. The production benefits from the organic label. The time has come to discover " L'Orchidée ", " Fleur de cailloux ", " Fount Cassat ", " Roc des Maillols " or " L'Esprit des Cimes ".
