MAISON CARRIER
It is in Almont-les-Junies, on the plateau overlooking Conques, that Maison Carrier was born. The company, as a true specialist, produces fresh and frozen regional ready-made meals. The specialties of Aveyron are of course legion: aligot, farçous, estofinade, tripous, duck legs confit, stuffed cabbage and other stuffed duck necks... The quality is there and everything is worked in the respect of the tradition. You can find all these good regional dishes in supermarkets and delicatessens in the South of France and in Paris.
