THE PEYREBRUNE TOWER
Tower on top of a granite hill, symbol of the presence of the lords of Panat from the to the century.
Symbol of the presence of the lords of Panat from the 11th to the 15th century, this rectangular tower, set on the top of a granite hill, still stretches over five floors. Victim of time and history, and damaged many times, it continues to dominate the surrounding area and in particular, the valley of Alrance and its lake. The volunteers of the "Friends of Peyrebrune" association are working to make it a living witness, through a video projection as well as two orientation tables to relive the great moments.
