This beautiful house with its yellow and red ochres and almond green shutters lives up to its name. The house, located on the market place where the producers come every Wednesday morning, is pleasant and the service is very attentive. The chef, Jean-Pierre Pachins, Maître Restaurateur, offers quality regional cuisine: warm salad of local lamb sweetbreads and Lévézou ceps, cep pie, duck aiguillettes with acacia honey, pork trotters marinated in Broquiès wine, or homemade caramel custard...

crème caramel fraîche et fondante. C'est la fête foraine trop bruyante qui m'a fait fuir mais je salue cet hôtel restaurant de campagne où l'on se sent bien reçu à tous les sens du terme.
