Refined inn with terrace and menus changing every season

Here's a refined and original address, where you'll be welcomed in a beautiful building typical of old Aubin. The small dining room is warm and intimate, and as soon as the weather warms up, you'll be delighted by the terrace. On the plate, creativity is the order of the day, with creamy oyster mushrooms with old-fashioned mustard, saffron-braised lamb sweetbreads or halibut parmentier with anchovy butter. For dessert, an iced soufflé with chestnut cream and peanut nougatine.... The menus change every season. Guaranteed never to tire.

Laissez-vous chouchouter au restaurant de la maison de poupée "Auberge du Fort-Aubin -Aveyron",...où le chef Cyril Godin vous étonnera par ses talents de cuisinier passionné. Le repas copieux est servi par la charmante épouse Sabine. N'oubliez pas de réserver à temps car vous ne quitterez jamais la table déçu. (m&m).
