Refined inn with terrace and menus changing every season

Here is a beautiful, refined and original address, where we welcome you in a beautiful building typical of the old Aubin. The small room is warm and intimate and as soon as the first beautiful days arrive, the terrace will delight you. On the plate, creativity is the order of the day with a carrot gazpacho with coconut milk, a fillet of sea bream or a grilled Aubrac beef chuck with a zucchini brochette. For dessert, a watermelon ice cream soufflé with basil syrup and peanut crunch.... Each season, the menus change. The guarantee to never get bored.

Cadre très joliment décoré. La dame qui nous a servis est très agréable et professionnelle. Les plats sont orignaux et généreux, du "fait maison". J'y retournerai.

Une belle trouvaille que ce resto dans le vieil Aubin au pied du fort. Très joli cadre hôtesse accueillante et très belle carte d'automne. Nous reviendrons pour celle du printemps

On ne s'attend pas à trouver un restaurant d'aussi bonne qualité dans un petit village!
S'il fait beau, mangez en terrasse, vous bénéficierez des magnifiques vues sur le bassin aveyronnais. Et s'il fait moins beau, l'intérieur est très chaleureux.
Excellente cuisine, souvent renouvelée et très bon accueil.
