LA BOÎT'APERO
Small producers in the region and France put forward serious arguments to invite themselves to the coffee tables at aperitif time. Amandine and Anthony know this well. For the past two years, it is from their resources that the two young people have been drawing to fill their Boit'Apéro: a turnkey box system for toasting and snacking. Imagined in Balaguier-sur-Rance, in the South Aveyron, this concept is a condensation of small gourmet pleasures: a delicatessen (sausage from the Conquet house in Laguiole....), a spread (tomato cream from l'Artisan du Fruit in Rodez, cep terrine from Nos Petites Conserves in Alban...), artisanal biscuits (those from Les Délices du Rougier in Briols or from Toulouse Chez ce cher Serge...) and a wine, red or pink, to fill the glasses on foot. This "perfect aperitif kit", which emphasizes taste, terroirs and discovery, is sent to your home every month, once or more: two, three or six by subscription
