HÔTEL-RESTAURANT DU VIEUX-PONT
Hotel-restaurant with a terrace and a menu based on market products and local producers
At the Auberge du Vieux-Pont in Belcastel, Nicole Fagegaltier has invented a lovely way to tell the story of Aveyron, its producers and their treasures. A story she shares with her husband Bruno Rouquier, also a cook, and her sister Michèle, who is in charge of the dining room and reception. Together, they have taken a vow of hospitality and have been defending the art of good living and good eating for thirty years. Market twice a week and local producers on the menu.
