J'achète régulièrement l'aligot de ce producteur de l'Aveyron avec satisfaction mais mon dernier achat du 08/09 m'a énormément déçu, la date de fabrication était du 28/08 et c'était plutôt une soupe au lait liquide, piquante avec une certaine acidité , dommage pour le coup mon prochain achat j'essaierai de changer
