En tant qu'Aveyronnaise, je trouve sincèrement que votre aligot ne ressemble en rien au vrai aligot de Laguiole. Je recommande aux amateurs d'aligot de choisir l'aligot avec un taureau dessus.

Étant aveyronnais je déconseille fortement leur Aligot qui n’est vraiment pas bons On dirait une purée à l’eau et avec un arrière goût….
