La Table du Marensin has already earned its stripes as a gourmet address, with its beautiful decor, large picture windows and terrace overlooking the lake. In fact, the establishment owned by the de Lur Saluces family has been recognized as a "quality restaurant" by the Collège Culinaire de France since 2020. As part of a locavore and sustainable gastronomy approach, the new chef, young Iliès Besançon, also offers a 5-course blind menu for all guests. He also cooks the delicious stews found in the grocery store.
