Katia and Alban Poulain took over Self Ovins Bovins in September 2014: a company, located in the Calsades area of Bozouls, specialising in the manufacture of automatic feeding systems for animals. When its competitors mainly use iron, the Aveyron company, which exports its know-how to Greece, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland, uses wood to build its animal chokes, a material that has many advantages, especially for animals: softer to the touch than iron, wood also makes less noise.
