In the heart of the Aveyron, this former property of the Abbey of Bonneval benefits from a natural and preserved environment. The beautifully preserved stone walls of the barn now house the restaurant of Anne and Jean-Yves, cattle breeders. One sits at their farm table as if at a family banquet, to savour local and seasonal cuisine. Some products come directly from the organic farm; others are bought in short circuits. The result on the plate is equal to this exceptional setting.
