Restaurant located on Rue du Trou offering grilled and home cooked dishes

At the end of 2022, Michaël moved into this restaurant, which he renamed L'Oustal d'Aqui. Located on rue du Trou, right next to the canyon, the young man continues to welcome customers around a vast fireplace where meats are cooked. The hearth gives the place a warm atmosphere in which to enjoy grilled meats, as well as the bistronomic specialties of the chef, cook and pastry chef. His specialties include game and meats grilled over an open fire, all with their own unique flavor.

Lieu intimiste, un menu proposé avec deux choix pour les entrées, les plats et les desserts.
Produits frais.
Pain de campagne du boulanger de proximité.
Tout est bon et raffiné. Les préparations se font à la minute au feu de bois.
Dans un cadre chaleureux. On sent l'envie de nous régaler dans nos plats. Une réelle découverte aujourd'hui. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
