Housed in a vast, old, renovated building, set back from the Rodez-Espalion main road, this establishment offers everything a lover of good food could dream of: well-laid tables, silver cutlery, quality products, appetizing plates and diligent service. The cuisine is fine, everything is homemade (lamb sweetbreads...), the recipes are sophisticated, the service is top-notch, and the results live up to expectations. La Route d'Argent offers pleasant rooms, some with terraces overlooking the pool. Excellent value for money!

La chambre dans l'annexe de mérite pas mieux que 2 étoiles. Celles du bâtiment principal méritent plus ??
Le diner dans une salle à manger sans attraits est décevant (potage au potiron qui n'est qu'un clair brouet !)
Service lent, sans répondre aux sollicitations ; serveuse dite "sommelière" au ton agressif et désagréable.
Accueil en général très moyen.
Nous n'y retournerons pas, pourtant la découverte du trou de Bozouls qui émerge le matin du brouillard de septembre vaut le détour
The dishes are fine, delicious and tasty! A good quality/price ratio.
Discover new flavours for my part, I was not be disappointed! There are menus for all, at affordable prices. In the evening, you can find a full menu and hearty less from €25.
