C'est la 2ème fois que je vais dans ce restaurant, qui mérite très largement son étoile Michelin. Le rapport qualité -prix est exceptionnel: le menu Nature (59€) en 6 services offre une explosion de saveurs et de parfums, cohérentes dans chaque plat et entre les plats, et dignes des plus grands cuisiniers. Et cela commence avec les accompagnements de l'apéritif et finit avec les mignardises au café. Le service est de la même veine: agréable, bien fait, sans "chichis".
