HOTEL RESTAURANT DES BARRAGES
A 3 km from Wall-de-Out, Lynette holds a mother-in-daughter for four generations. On two floors, where a carpet ensures silence, fourteen different colour rooms were designed for one, two or three people. On the ground floor, opening onto a large sun terrace, the rustic dining room blends well with the family kitchen that serves it: local products are treated in a good way. The regulars are faithful to the specialities of the house: auvergne, pounti, trout meunière, tripous and the indéboulonnable formula tournedos-aligot! On Friday evening in August, Evelyne will look for his inspiration far more north, with a rich Burgundian fondue, Aubrac beef! Theme evenings are organized in July and August.

Depuis 4 générations cet hotel'restaurant perdure.....et un excellent point à tout son personnel qui a toujours le sourire
Des menus à des prix plus que sympa....je conseille l.assiette de jambon de pays et de terrine maison.....après la spécialité est le tournedos avec l.aligot et une salade....à ne rater sous aucun prétexte un morceau de cantal et pour terminer un désert maison
À ce soir la 5 musiciens logeant à l.hotel nous ont diverti de leur musique
