The regulars are not mistaken and come to enjoy a flan with oyster mushrooms, a truffle accompanied by a piece of beef from Aubrac or a walnut and blue cheese pie from Auvergne. Every Friday evening in the summer, it's sardines, ribs and chicken. You can end the festivities with a home-made dessert, including the famous coconut mousse.
