L’AUBERGE DE LA TOUR
Inn with terrace, simple and comfortable rooms with a charming dining room
At the top of the village, on the square, the Inn offers a beautiful terrace where you can rest in peace and a charming restaurant. Emilie, the hostess, offers three simple and comfortable rooms. The address is also worth the detour for the quality of its cuisine, which is excellent, and the local specialities are served alongside some Alsatian dishes and products from where the owner comes from. Homemade foie gras and seasonal chutney, Roquefort puff pastry, trout with almonds and Riesling, sauerkraut, Montfranc charcuterie, fish lasagna and preserved vegetables... Mostly from local producers, the products are of good quality and finely cooked. The desserts, Norwegian omelette, walnut pie, seasonal fruit tiramisu, panacotta with two chocolates are homemade, just like the bread. A nice gourmet stop in a charming village. Attention it is preferable to reserve.
