Family-run farmhouse with a gîte, specializing in local cuisine
Local cuisine is the specialty of this family farm, which draws all its necessary ingredients from a geographical radius that could not be closer. The fruits and vegetables grow in the farm's vegetable garden; the lamb and poultry are also raised on site. From starter to dessert, it is a festival of regional flavours: Roquefort puff pastry, farçou, leg of lamb, free-range chicken, cheeses, cherry clafoutis or Maminet's black cake. The farmhouse also houses a gîte with five rooms.

Nous avons fait un excellent et copieux repas. Même le menu enfant est de qualité. Le cadre est superbe, la cuisine est faite "maison", ambiance chaleureuse.

La salade aux gésiers est toujours aussi bonne , l'accueil chaleureux , nous adorons , dommage que ce soit fermé l'hiver car le cadre au dessus de Compeyre est magnifique.
