L'ESTIVAL
Restaurant with terrace located in the charming village of Peyre offering a market cuisine full of freshness
Probably one of the most picturesque restaurants in the department. In the charming village of Peyre, you will have lunch, in season, on a terrace with a view of the Tarn and the Millau viaduct. Here, the chef concocts for you a cuisine from the market and the vegetable garden full of freshness and honesty. Everything is homemade, even the bread. You can enjoy a gourmet salad, a faux-filet d'Aubrac and lamb sweetbreads, an entrecote steak with its garnish of sautéed vegetables and chips before finishing with a delicious fig tart.
