Surely one of the most picturesque restaurants in the department. In the charming village of Peyre, you can enjoy lunch on a terrace overlooking the river Tarn and the Millau Viaduct. Here, the chef concocts fresh, honest cuisine from the market and the vegetable garden. Everything is homemade, even the bread. You can enjoy a Causse salad, with local ham, Roquefort and walnuts, confit pork cheek, organic trout, tripous, a burger; before finishing with a delicious meringue fruit tart.

Un très bon accueil, avec du personnel a l'écoute et très souriant. Une superbe belle vue sur le Tarn , le viaduc et le village.
