Here, the chef concocts fresh, honest cuisine from the market and the vegetable garden. Everything is homemade, even the bread. You can enjoy a Causse salad, with local ham, Roquefort and walnuts, confit pork cheek, organic trout, tripous, a burger; before finishing with a delicious meringue fruit tart.
