This residence, whose foundation dates back to the 12th century, is distinguished by a crenellated tower dominating the buildings that surround a flowery inner courtyard. The rooms, the lounge, the billiard room, are decorated with elegant furniture, carpets and crystal chandeliers. About fifteen privileged rooms reflect an era, perhaps the one in which Emma Calvé stayed within these walls. In harmony with this setting, the château's restaurant is located in a vaulted room in winter and on the terrace in summer, with a view of the town.

Très bon rapport qualité prix,, en bref le must si vous devez faire étape à Millau.
Nous avons mangé sur la terrasse, nous étions avec nos deux petits enfants de cinq et deux ans , les menus enfants sortent de l'ordinaire par leur qualité gustative.

A la fin du repas le patron qui est aussi cuisinier vient saluer les convives.
