Gabin and Lilian launched this project in early 2024 in the village of Curières in the heart of Aubrac. They brew light, American-inspired beers, with hoppy tastes. Several products are available for tasting: a white, la boralde; a blonde, l'estive; and an IPA, la tourmente. The beers are delicious and well worth trying. These thirst-quenching beers have a low alcohol content. Houblonade, a lemonade made with hops, lemon and ginger, is a real soft drink, to be enjoyed without moderation.
