They have given the establishment a major facelift, before once again offering lunches and dinners with family and friends. The couple, indeed, maintains the historical fundamentals of the restaurant: a simple, traditional cuisine, accessible to all, and a lot of conviviality. Note that Au Don Quichotte is open on Sundays: a rare occurrence in the area. An address to discover or rediscover.
