LE QUAI WEST
Unobstructed view of the confluence of Lot and Truyère; or panorama on medieval lanes. The various terraces of the hotel each offer their own views of the village. But whether you are on the quay or the village side, the base is the same. Inspired by Aveyron and its best producers, it puts on 100% Aubrac or Salers meat, duck ducks of the Alexandre Alexandre, a bread made especially by Baker d'Entraygues, the Cabécous cabécous or the glaces made on the Ferme farm. On the map, a appetising châtaignes chestnut in foie gras, a metre of fresh sausage to share and its aligot, trout to plancha and homemade desserts… And to accompany, regional wines or great wines. The bar also offers a selection of cocktails and draught beers to be tasted in moonlight on one of the many evenings organized: sports events, concerts, culinary trips…
