Next to the tourist office, on the main square in Entraygues, this multi-faceted gourmet establishment is in the hands of Emilien Teil. Throughout the year, the young man offers an eclectic range of dishes, with a rather modern signature compared to traditional local restaurants. Fresh produce is cooked with precision and finesse, and accompanied by fine wine and cocktails, particularly on special themed evenings (fisherman's hut with blue lobster a la plancha or a trip into the world of fast food, for example).
