Next to the tourist office, on the main square of Entraygues, this multi-faceted gourmet establishment (tea room, guest rooms, grocery store, restaurant) is in the hands of Emilien Teil. The young man and his chef, Julien, serve bistronomic menus at the Chou Rouge: a rather modern establishment and signature compared to the traditional restaurants in the area. The fresh products are cooked with precision and finesse and are accompanied by good wine and cocktails, especially on special and thematic evenings.
