RESTAURANT L’INDÉPENDANCE
Restaurant with terrace offering traditional and good food
Lucienne, after having trained in Paris, came back to settle in the country, on the Place d'Entraygues. On the terrace or in the dining room she serves blanquette de veau, sausage, goat's cheese with sorrel, andouillette, beef bourguignon... and a tart with seasonal fruits to finish. A traditional and tasty cuisine, all accompanied by the famous marcillac. Small appetites will be satisfied with bruschettas or omelettes of equally good quality. It's a pity that Lucienne is not so good at welcoming guests.

C'est une attitude innatendue et inacceptable ! Je ne recommande absolument pas !
