Lionel and Simon, who took over this emblematic establishment in 2020, have already established their values: local seasonal produce and creative dishes with hexagonal influences. Their cuisine expresses itself freely, notably with poultry from Florian Boubal in Mayas, rack of lamb from the Mayrinhac farm, trout from Estaing... On the dessert side, ideas are just as interesting. Lionel and Simon, who have brought the Méjane's famous baba back to the menu. The pear poached in white wine and the vanilla rice pudding also won us over.

le tout ponctué par un vin fabuleux, cerise sur le gâteau s'il en était besoin ! Amateurs de bonnes choses ne vous en privez pas. C'est un régal pour les yeux et pour le palais. Pour ma part, j'ai doré.
