Antoine runs this brasserie located on the main road of Espalion, an address that is always full, especially on Friday market days. Originally from Saint-Chély and coming from a family of bistrotiers - "I followed the tradition", he says -, the young man proposes a quality cuisine made with fresh local products worked on the spot. On the menu are local specialities: aligot, tripoux or calf's head, prepared according to an authentic traditional know-how. And a warm Aveyronnaise welcome, which could not be friendlier.

Repas moyen , au menu tête et langue de veau avec des pommes de terre infectes, le patron à la caisse avec sa cigarette à la bouche , et devant les clients, j'ai signalé au chef que les pommes de terre n'étaient pas bonnes et m'a répondu qu'il manquait de personnel,

Note importante: ne pas se mettre à une table sur un côté! Arrivé au moment du dessert, nous avons été totalement oublié. Le cuisto ( qui fume devant l’entrée c’est plutôt moyen..) ainsi que la serveuse passent aux tables d’à coté savoir si tout allait bien, mais nous concernant , nous avons été totalement oublié , au bout de 3/4 d’heure on a préféré partir.

Belle terrasse, je décide donc de m'installer pour un café qui ne viendra jamais car après 15 minutes d attente personne n'est venu prendre une commande.
Je suis sûrement tombé au moment de la pause il est 11h.
