Restaurant located in Espalion offering a good snack
On the way down from Laguiole, we come across the Flore. Jean-Michel's bistro is without fuss, but it has developed an excellent reputation in Espalion. The menu is displayed on the slate with a Niçoise salad as a starter, to continue with duck or braised ham and to finish with a home-made whisky chestnut cream tiramisu. On Fridays, the menu goes up a notch with lamb sweetbreads, Aubrac meat or free-range chicken from the butcher next door. You can also come and sit on the benches to have a good snack: a pastry and a drink.
