Brasserie located at the foot of Aubrac offering good local dishes
In the center of Espalion, this establishment is next to the town hall of Espalion. A large terrace stretches out, in summer, in front of a rounded shop window. In the kitchen, good local dishes are concocted: Aveyron charcuterie, tripoux from Naucelle, aligot and tartar with a knife. Several burgers, including the Palais burger: bacon, onion, tomatoes, homemade sauce, are also on the menu. On the daily menu, the choice is varied and original: beef-carrots, Lyon sausage... All the desserts are homemade: tiramisu, panna cotta, fruit tarts... A simple but safe address.

Félicitations au chef, des plats très bons et son tartare de bœuf vraiment excellent
Si je devais y retourner je prendrai un des burgers qui ont l’air plus copieux.
