A real little store, in the old style, with in the window some "fouasses" - with two "s", we insist here! - as well as various other specialties, such as "la pompe à l'huile", an old Lenten cake, prepared according to the traditional recipe, with leaven. Also to be discovered, the appetizing Flausona, a country flan molded in a fouasse dough, or the no less famous "regalous", an unavoidable rye bread. In addition, the welcome is friendly and smiling.

Fouace excellentes, accueil très bien et conseils pour la conservation de la fouace parfaits. Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour.

Envie de découvrir/ déguster une fouace, je me suis laissée guider vers la Maison Fanguin Calsat, et quel plaisir/ délice ! :) Les autres propositions (tartes/ rochers coco) avaient l'air tout aussi délicieuses :) Bon point également pour l'accueil :) Au plaisir d'y retourner !

Une tarte aux abricots merveilleuse avec une base de pâte de fouasse. Un vrai régal! Et que dire de l'accueil de la vendeuse : une crème!
