Everything changes, even when you go to Chez mon père. Indeed, this central address of Estaing, after having been a pizzeria, was reconverted into a traditional restaurant turned towards the good products of the soil. And it is so much better! Fresh local products cooked on the spot, to be enjoyed in a room with raw materials (exposed stone and wood) and a warm atmosphere at the large communal table. Chez mon Père, it's like being at home, and to take advantage of the small dishes cooked in a friendly atmosphere, it's better to reserve your place.
