Restaurant offering good food with an excellent quality-price ratio
Here, simplicity and tradition are the watchwords, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. The team concocts fine regional specialties (aligot, truffade, cheese soup, trout with Roquefort sauce...) and exquisite desserts (walnut cake...). The wine list offers a rich palette of French terroirs. Some nectars are available by the glass. An excellent address that never lets up, all the more so as the value for money is excellent; and the welcome is on a par with that of the best inns in the region.
