Between Rodez and Pont-de-Salars, in the heart of the village, this address develops a terroir cuisine of good omen. In a pleasant setting, Marie and Samuel Andrieu blend tradition with modern touches, always using noble products (Aubrac beef, veal from Aveyron, foie gras...). A good meal can be declined in this way: foie gras fondant, beef steak and its aligot, banana millefeuille and its chocolate mousse. A nice stopover.

Tout les avis sont faux ! tout les gens que je connais des alentours disent que les quantités sont limitées la cuisine pas très bonne toujours très peu de monde dans le restaurant.
