Thierry raises 300,000 snails! Small and large gray snails graze on the 2,000m2 farm. Released into the parks at the time of the saints of ice, they enjoy the summer, sometimes glued to the boards of their shelter, sometimes with their antennae in the wind under the fine rain of the automatic watering system. And it's not until late September that they're picked and processed. Thierry and his products can be found at local farmers' markets, and on his farm all summer long.
