Accueil par des personnes très sympathiques. Ce couple fait vraiment un travail essentiel mais très difficile, respect. Avec la visite on en apprend énormément sur ce métier et sur les vaches. Un grand merci, le Bleu des Causses est un délice ???? il mérite d'être connu
